On 30–31 January 2026, The International School of Informatics & Management (IIIM) came alive with youthful energy and creative spirit as it hosted the two-day National Management and IT Festival Mosaic–Montage 2026. The festival emerged as a vibrant confluence of innovation, intellect, and artistic expression, drawing enthusiastic participation from 20 institutions. It provided students with a dynamic platform to demonstrate their technical and managerial capabilities while celebrating creativity, collaboration, and experiential learning beyond the classroom.

The festival featured an engaging blend of technical and creative competitions designed to challenge analytical thinking as well as imaginative flair. Code Acumen tested programming expertise and logical precision, while Web Vision challenged teams to design innovative and user-friendly websites. Bulls & Bears simulated virtual stock trading, sharpening financial analysis and decision-making skills. Idea Volcano provided a stage for budding entrepreneurs to present forward-thinking business ideas, and Rolling Reels showcased storytelling through creative video production. Adding artistic vibrancy, Face Fusion highlighted expressive painting talent, D4U energized the stage with dynamic dance performances, and Strings Unplugged resonated with soulful musical renditions. Literary and creativity-based events such as Jaadu-e-Alfaaz, celebrating the beauty of words, Jugaad to Jhakaas, promoting innovative solutions using limited resources, and Memeconomics, blending humor with intellect through creative memes, brought a refreshing fusion of wit and wisdom to the festival.

Winners and runners-up were awarded certificates and medals in appreciation of their talent, dedication, and competitive spirit, marking a proud moment for participants and their institutions.

A defining highlight of Mosaic–Montage 2026 was the inspiring session “Lead Talks: Alumni Leadership, Insights and Impact.” Esteemed alumni and industry leaders shared valuable perspectives on leadership, integrity, teamwork, financial discipline, risk management, decision-making, and entrepreneurship. Their insights provided meaningful guidance to aspiring professionals and reinforced the importance of values alongside skills in achieving long-term success.

The session was graced by Mr. Amit Gupta, Chairperson, IIIM, and Founder & Managing Director, Tab Surfaces, whose motivating address set the tone for thoughtful reflection on leadership. He emphasized lifelong learning, humility, and integrity as the cornerstones of effective leadership.

Blending spirited competition with mentorship and cultural celebration, Mosaic–Montage 2026 evolved beyond a traditional college festival. It stood as a celebration of ideas, inspiration, and the boundless potential of India’s youth, leaving participants motivated to strive for excellence in their academic and professional journeys.Top of Form
