Think | Build | Validate | Your MVP Journey
December 03, 2025
IIIM organised a entrepreneurship workshop aimed at strengthening students’ ability to move from ideation to execution with clarity, discipline, and market relevance.
The session was led by Dr. Shubhita Mathur, Incubation Manager, who shared insights in hands-on incubation and startup-building experience. The discussion emphasized entrepreneurial rigor, beginning with clear problem identification, translating insights into focused solutions, and executing efficiently while staying closely aligned with real customer needs. Students were encouraged to adopt a founder’s mindset by questioning assumptions, prioritizing learning over premature scaling, and treating failure as structured feedback rather than a setback.
The session reinforced that sustainable ventures are built by validating problem–solution fit before committing significant resources, developing lean and testable MVPs, and using continuous customer feedback to drive iteration and informed pivots. A structured yet flexible approach was highlighted as essential for reducing early-stage risk while accelerating learning and decision-making in dynamic market environments.
The workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across programs and reaffirmed IIIM’s commitment to fostering innovation, entrepreneurial thinking, and startup readiness, equipping students with the mindset and tools required to build ventures that are both resilient and market-driven.
