The Entrepreneurship Cell E-Igniters of IIIM, in collaboration with the IIIM Alumni Association (IIIMAA), hosted another insightful edition of E-Baithak: Ideas | Insights | Impact. The event was organized under IIIM’s entrepreneurial initiative E-Igniters, in partnership with the Institution’s Innovation Council (Ministry of HRD) and TEIIC (E-Igniters Incubation Centre).
The panel brought together alumni entrepreneurs who shared their journeys, challenges, and lessons:
Mr. Aayush Mathur (Founding Member & AVP, Lagavi Retail Pvt. Ltd.) shared his early struggles in sales, stressing that perseverance, agility, and networking are crucial as industries shift from D2C to B2B. His message: opportunities should never be wasted.
Ms. Aastha Jain (CEO, Oxbow Creatives) spoke about resilience—funding her MBA through tuition, starting during the pandemic, and building her own marketing venture. She highlighted the 3 Ps—Peace, Purpose, and Profit—as her guiding philosophy, while urging students to stay relevant and embrace discomfort for growth.
Mr. Hemant Doraya (Owner, Sakshi Textile) drew from his family’s blue pottery business. Inspired by global exposure, he modernized heritage craft through innovation and experiential retail. His mantra: travel fuels creativity, and growth demands constant innovation.
Mr. Ronak Jain (Director, Shri Krishna Bio Chem Pvt. Ltd.) emphasized ethical business practices and the Atmanirbhar Bharat spirit. From working under his father’s guidance to achieving a ₹100 crore turnover, he reminded entrepreneurs to always be prepared—success often comes unannounced.
Mr. Sunny Akhlak (MD, Sunny Group; Youth President, Credai Rajasthan) urged patience, focus, and clarity of purpose. Guided by his 3 Gs—Guru, Parents, Mentors—and a strong life goal, he emphasized confidence and good intentions as pillars of success.
