On August 25, 2025, the campus came alive with “Pitch Perfect: Storytelling & Speaking Skills Every Entrepreneur Needs to Build a Successful Start-up”, a workshop led by Mr. Rajat Menghnani—Speech & Story Coach, KWR Academy and a proud alumnus.
With humor, energy, and powerful delivery, Mr. Menghnani invited students to think like “speech ninjas,” training themselves to master communication with the same discipline and focus that a martial artist brings to the dojo. He shared his 10 golden rules—begin with a strong hook, master the pause, tell stories instead of facts, use humor wisely, own your body language, vary your voice, simplify and clarify, engage your audience, rehearse with discipline, and always leave a lasting takeaway.
He urged students to see the institute as their own dojo—a place where every conversation, class presentation, and club activity can be “net practice” for honing communication skills. Just as a ninja repeats each stance until it becomes second nature, he reminded students that storytelling too requires consistent practice. And like every warrior needs a sensei, he stressed the lifelong importance of finding mentors and coaches, reminding everyone that no matter how far we go, guidance and feedback remain essential to growth.
As an alumnus, his words carried special weight. Students felt a deep sense of pride in learning from someone who once walked the same corridors and has since transformed storytelling into both a craft and a leadership tool. His central message was clear: communication is not just an accessory skill—it is a superpower. With discipline, guidance, and practice, it can become one of the most powerful assets in an entrepreneur’s journey.
By the end of the workshop, students left not only inspired but also sharpened—like apprentices stepping out of the dojo after intense training—ready to keep practicing, seeking guidance, and building mastery in the art of storytelling.
