A workshop on "Achieving Value Proposition Fit" was organised by E-Igniters, ISIM's E-cell, TEIIC- The Incubation Cell, and the Institution's Innovation Council, with the resource person for the workshop Mr. Shashank Bilala, Founder of De Fruta.
The workshop's main objective was to apprise and mould the students to practically learn to align a valuable customer segment and their underserved needs with the value proposition of a business.
Mr. Shashank explained how to develop students' analytical skills to identify an innovative offering that is a 'Product Market Fit.
While sharing his entrepreneurial journey, he encouraged students to focus on enhancing 'out-of-the-box thinking and also informed students how one can achieve a 'Problem Solution Fit' while developing an entrepreneurial offering for potential customers.
He concluded the workshop by highlighting that the best way to put the energy, resourcefulness, creativity and technical skills of an entrepreneur to service is to identify an existing problem and solve it with a solution that customers find valuable and satisfying
The resource person very effectively handled the queries of the students.
