Workshop on Entrepreneurship and Innovation as Career Opportunities

On 17th September 2022, a workshop on "Entrepreneurship and Innovation as Career opportunities" was organized by E-Igniters, ISIM's E-cell, TEIIC- The Incubation Cell, and the Institution's Innovation Council. The resource person for the workshop was Ms. Anuradha Agarwal, Co-Founder and CEO of Multibhashi (Alumni 2006-08 Batch).

The workshop provided opportunities for students to expand their dexterities in various significant facets involved in building Career Opportunities in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

She shared her challenging journey from College to Multibhashi as a woman entrepreneur and how Multibhashi has grown overseas. Ms. Anuradha shared the complete architecture of the Entrepreneurship life cycle and how aspiring entrepreneurs can generate pioneering products by undertaking relevant customer requirements. She also elaborated on the changing landscape of employability and emerging domains.

Further, she discussed some of the stories of successful startups worldwide and how one should adopt and develop the habit of a problem-solving approach in a corporate. She talked about how and why one should go for starting their ventures. Ms. Agarwal elaborated on the Skill sets compulsorily required to become an Entrepreneur and how to change modest ideas into innovation.

The talk was very emphatic and insightful. Ms. Anuradha very convincingly covered subtle nuances of Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
