International HR Conclave-2025 (IHC-2025)

The International School of Informatics and Management Technical Campus (IIIM), Jaipur, successfully organized the 'International HR Conclave-2025' (IHC-2025) on April 26, 2025. The theme of this year’s conclave, “Integrating AI in HR: Balancing Efficiency & Human Touch,” emphasized the growing influence of Artificial Intelligence in human resource practices, while underlining the critical importance of empathy, mental health, and continuous upskilling.

The event began with the traditional lamp lighting and a soulful Vandana. Prof. Roopa Mathur, Director, IIIM, extended a heartfelt welcome to all the guests and participants. Prof. Manju Nair, Principal, elaborated on the vision and goals of the conclave, focusing on the evolving role of HR in the age of digital transformation.

The inaugural session featured two distinguished speakers. Chief Guest Mr. Ajay Data, Managing Director, Data Group of Industries, stressed the importance of retaining human values and compassion in an AI-enabled HR landscape. Guest of Honour Mr. Ashish Ranjan, Chief Digital Officer, NBC Bearings, shared insights on how HR is a crucial enabler in navigating digital disruption and organizational change.

The technical session, titled “AI for Employee Engagement & Experience” featured three impactful presentations. Mr. Vivek Sharma (Aavas Financiers) discussed AI-based learning tools and employee development strategies. Ms. Nitisha Bhargava (Rightpoint India) explored how AI can enhance employee experience and foster workplace satisfaction. Ms. Shehnazneen Khan (Wipro Limited) provided real-world examples of AI-driven personalization in HR operations. During this session, the IIIM COPE (Counseling and Outreach for Peer Empowerment) Leaders were felicitated for their contribution to peer support and student empowerment, an initiative supported by Aditya Birla Education Trust's 'Mpower.'

A thought-provoking panel discussion followed on the topic “Mental Health & Well-being in the Age of AI”. Panelists included Mr. Naveen Jain (Proowrx LLP), Mr. Atul Kumar Nareda (Hans Consulting), Mr. Sulabh Tailang (Celebal Technologies), Ms. Garima Jajoo (Shubhashish Homes & BKJ Airports), and Mr. Chandrakant Sharma (Learning and Development Specialist). The discussion highlighted the rising challenges of stress, burnout, and emotional disconnect in tech-driven workplaces, while stressing the importance of empathetic leadership, mental resilience, and work-life balance.

The final session, a virtual panel discussion on “Reskilling & Upskilling for AI-Enabled Workplaces” brought together seasoned HR leaders and consultants. Speakers included Ms. Kavita Dasan (Suzlon Group), Ms. Anjana K R (TCS Growth Markets), Dr. Jaydeep Singh Chouhan (PowerGrid), Ms. Minakshi Uniyal Sharma (BYLD Group), Dr. Runa Maitra (SHRM India), and Ms. Gargi Banerjee (Power Transformer). They emphasized that ongoing learning, skill adaptability, and agile mindsets are vital for sustaining relevance in AI-integrated workplaces.

In conclusion, IHC-2025 served as a dynamic platform for exchanging ideas, exploring innovations, and addressing the future of work in a tech-driven world. The conclave successfully blended expert knowledge, interactive dialogue, and deep reflection on human-centered HR practices, reaffirming that while technology can enhance efficiency, it is the human touch that sustains organizational harmony and growth.
