Manthan - A Panel Discussion

On September 15, 2023, the Entrepreneurship cell, “E-Igniters,” organized Manthan - a Panel discussion intended to stimulate the knack and aptitude amongst students to be entrepreneurs.
The panellists were Mr. Raghav Rajsoni, Director, Art of Thewa Handicrafts, Ms. Harshita Banvir, Founder & Owner, Sanwini Ceramics, Ms. Nupur Bordia, Co-Owner, Neerja International, Mr. Vijendra Shekhawat, Founder, Elly Express, Mr. Rakesh Sharma, Founder, Chahat Welfare Foundation, Ms. Seema Saini, President, Green World Foundation, Ms. Khushnuma Ansari, Jewellery Designer, CCWA.
The discussion started with each panellist sharing his/her entrepreneurial journey and challenges in setting up the businesses. They emphasized the importance of day-to-day learning, discipline, rigour, and stimulating creativity to solve problems. They spoke about facing rejection and reiterated to the students not to take rejections seriously and that there’s always a way out.
The esteemed panellists endeavoured to inspire the students to adopt a mindset of becoming employers rather than employees and achieve their entrepreneurial aspirations.
The panellists also guided the students on cultivating a robust spiritual quotient as an entrepreneur to attain a well-rounded approach. They informed the students that creating value is more significant than raising valuation.
It was an enriching session for the students, who had several follow-up questions that the speakers enthusiastically addressed.
