To provide the students training on ‘Salesforce’, ISIM organized a three day
workshop from 7th -9th February 2023. Mr. Ritesh Agarwal, Senior Software
Trainer from Learn & Build (LnB - A tech learning vertical by TechieNest Pvt.
Ltd) was the Trainer of this workshop. He introduced ‘Salesforce’ as an
important tool and emphasized the use of salesforce.com and cloud technology.
The workshop focused on practical aspects of Salesforce which is aleading CRM
(Customer Relationship Management) software served from cloud with more than 800
applications to support various features like generating new leads, acquiring
new leads, increasing sales and closing the deals. The three day workshop was very interactive and it ended with a Question and Answers session. The participants were enlightened by the knowledge of how to build stronger relationships with customers and accelerate business growth. |
