On 8th October 2022, a workshop on "Innovations in Startup
and New age Business model" was organized by E-Igniters, ISIM's E-cell, TEIIC-
The Incubation Cell, and the Institution's Innovation Council. The resource
person for the workshop was Mr. Dilnawaz Khan, Founder, of Power Deck & Codesign
Labs. Mr. Khan, in the workshop, shared several challenges about entrepreneurship, raised awareness and briefed about the connection of creativity and innovation, creative tools, and entrepreneurship and start-up spirit. Mr. Dilnawaz said that in the past few months, business survival has hinged on how quickly a company could pivot and adapt, no matter its size, finances or prior track record. But the cost of innovating is high in terms of money, time, and risk. So to achieve sustainable results, companies must deploy a systematic framework for creating and implementing profit-generating ideas that leverage existing products, markets, and infrastructure. Mr. Khan concluded the session by saying that Success requires a structured process that eliminates guesswork and subjectivity and can be duplicated across all areas of the organization. |
