ISIM welcomed new batch of MCA students to the institution with 'PARICHAYA' a
three week-long orientation programme scheduled from September 14, 2022. The
orientation program at ISIM offers an exceptional student experience by creating
a dynamic learning environment. On the welcome day the fresher’s introduced
themselves citing their expectations and aspirations after two years of this
rigorous program. A great level of enthusiasm was clearly evident through their
conduct and participation.
The sessions during the three week long orientation programme provided an
opportunity to students to learn about trends and innovations in the field of
information technology along with their future roles and work environment.
Sessions ranging from industry preparedness, personality development,
entrepreneurship, technology competence, business communication and soft skills
to stress management, yoga, and meditation were organised for the freshers.
Significance of society awareness and social responsibility was also conveyed to
the new entrants.
Few assessments and tests were organised in due course of time to give the new
entrants an exposure related to Self-assessment & Personality, logical abilities
and understanding, Geographic, political, constitutional and economic
dimensions of India.
