They discussed the experience of being rejected and emphasised to the students that it is essential not to take rejections too seriously and that there is always an alternative route. Mr. Prateek expressed that to deal successfully with the current business climate, it is necessary to change old ways of thinking. In addition, it requires new competencies and capabilities to create value and propel growth. To succeed, the key to unlocking the future requires commitment, courage, and competence. As Mr. Kartik pointed out, the corporate world as we once knew it had undergone profound transformations, leaving us with an amorphous and unclear horizon. We can't go back to what used to work, instead, we must forge a new way ahead. Time and again, the entrepreneurial environment is driven by forces of change, and the sensible thing to do is to recognise and understand the undercurrent and prepare for an overhaul. Mr. Ankur said everyone must evaluate problems or opportunities in their surroundings differently with a different mindset and outlook. And try to develop ideas and strategies to overcome the obstacles and barriers that may be getting in their way, subsequently, they will develop the skills required to identify, select, and develop ideas that will surely be successful and sustainable over time. Mr. Himalay said as the world moves into the third decade of the 21st century, there is a considerable shift in the speed of thought and ideas and their impact on a particular business environment. To understand this change and quickly adapt, a business needs to have a specific plan. Regarding Family businesses, we must relook at and redraft a comprehensive strategy in these disruptive times. Insightful thoughts, fresh viewpoints, and priceless comprehension were shared on fostering unyielding, fearless business initiatives. In addition, they served as role models to the next generation of business leaders by sharing their success stories with students. At the end of the programme, the e-baithak panellists took questions from the participants. #isim #jaipur #ebaithak #students #alumni #ecell #eigniters #mhrd #iic |
