On 16th March 2022, 'e-baithak'- A panel discussion with
alumni entrepreneurs, was organised by E-Igniters the ISIM's E-cell, TEIIC- The
Incubation Cell, and the Institution's Innovation Council.
The panellist were Ms. Anuradha Agarwal, Founder, Multibhasi, Mr. Sunny Akhlak,
Director, Sunny Group, Mr. Tarun Mundra, Co-partner, Bikaner Engineering Works,
Mr. Ram Agarwal, Director, Carpet Palace, and Mr. Aayush Modi, Founder,
Vastraayu.
They discussed their journeys and how they overcame obstacles and setbacks while
scaling.
The panellists recommended that the young entrepreneurs ask questions, analyse
emerging trends, goods, and processes, and predict or anticipate disruptions.
Their credo was to 'think inwardly' and be aware of one's strengths and
limitations. They emphasised the need of developing one as a differentiator by
thinking outside the box and stepping beyond one's comfort zone.
The discussion included ideas, perspectives, and precious insights about how to
cultivate robust, unstoppable entrepreneurial spirits and competencies in
business. They inspired students with their entrepreneurial journeys. The event
concluded with the panellist of e-baithak answering queries from the students.
