ISIM welcomed the fresh batches of MBA and MCA with
'PARICHAYA' a three week -long orientation programme on 1st December 2021. The
sessions in orientation programme provided an opportunity to students to learn
about their future roles and work environment. Sessions ranging from industry
preparedness, personality development , entrepreneurship , technology
competence, business communication and soft skills to stress management, yoga
,meditation were organised for the freshers. Significance of society awareness
and social responsibility was also conveyed to the new entrants. The students of
MBA programme were also guided to undertake project and training at NGO working
in the social sector.
Few tests were organised in due course of time to give them exposure related to
Self-assessment & Personality, logical abilities and understanding Geographic,
political, constitutional and economic dimensions of India.
The budding managers and technocrats were addressed by professionals from
