The campus to
corporate program organized from 23rd-26th April 2022, by ISIM was phenomenal in
bridging the industry academic gap, which helped the students to align nicely
with the ongoing industrial process. The main aim of the C2C program was to make
all budding managers industry ready with the right approach.
Under this initiative, the students were exposed to near real life situations
and experiences to give them a feel of corporate working.
The corporate simulation exercise for all the three days helped in improving the
communication skills, leadership abilities and self-presentation skills for
students.
The NLP communication model was a great corporate module sensitizing students
about the powerful body language concepts and understanding interviewers mind
during an interview.
NPL sessions were really instrumental in providing a corporate feel to the
budding managers of ISIM.
