Dear Parent,

We are heading towards the end of the first term of the academic session 2013-14. You have been constantly supportive till now encouraging your ward to perform well in their academics. Besides the effort put in by our teaching staff in nurturing the skills of your ward, your moral support and persuasion also go a long way in helping your child to perform significantly well.

Your ward is well aware that the performance in Class IX contributes towards the CCE Report Card issued to him/her by the Board when he/she will complete Class X in the year 2015. The Board has recently modified the qualifying criteria (details already shared with the students) which are as follows:

  1. A student would have to obtain at least 25% marks in Summative Assessments (both SA1 and SA2 taken together) i.e. at least 15 marks out of 60 in Summative Assessments.

  2. In addition to the above, a student will have to score at least a total of 33% marks in each of the five (5) scholastic subjects

You are requested to kindly counsel and guide your ward on the same. We solicit your kind cooperation and support in this regard, as always.

Thanking you,

Yours sincerely,
