01 October, 2015

Dear Parent,

It has been brought to the notice of the school authorities that some of the students are using two wheelers/ four wheelers to commute to school. Please note that the school does not encourage/ permit the students to drive by themselves to school.

Recently it has been brought to our notice by the traffic police personnel that some of our students bring two/four wheelers (they are not driving licence holders) to school and park these vehicles around the school campus. Also they generally do not wear helmets and sometimes they pillion ride in triplets which is strictly against the norms of the traffic regulations and could be fatal too.

We request you to ensure that your ward does not indulge in any such activity as the school will not take any responsibility if such vehicles are towed away or if the traffic police takes any action or in case of any mishap.

We solicit your intervention and kind cooperation in safe movement of your ward to school and back.

Thanking you,

Yours sincerely,

Mala Agnihotri

17 August, 2015
Dear Parent,

I hope that by now your ward is well settled after the session restarted in July, 2015. And I am sure that from time to time you are also monitoring and helping your ward in the process.

Keeping in mind that the senior secondary students need a lot of independent time for their self studies, on trial basis the school has decided to have a regular time table in the school from Monday to Friday w.e.f. 17th August 2015 with each Saturday earmarked for extra coaching for “bright” and “under-performing” students in two separate groups. Though for rest of the students, Saturdays will be an off day, the students may use this day for clearing their doubts with the teachers from 7.30 a.m. to 11.50 a.m. as decided and agreed mutually, in advance.

The details of the schedule for Saturdays will be shared with you soon.

We solicit your kind cooperation in the matter, as always.

Thanking you,

Yours sincerely,
