How to Enhance the Effectivenes

International School of Informatics and Management (IIIM) in collaboration with Indian Society for Training and Development, Jaipur Chapter, organized an interactive session on 26 July 2013 on the title “How to Enhance the Effectiveness of Training”, delivered by Ms. Tapti Bhattacharya, Manager Human Resource, Bhagwan Mahaveer Cancer Hospital, Jaipur.
The world is changing at speed of thought and training is not an exception. Future of training and trainers depend on adapting training to the changing times. Keeping this in mind, this interactive session was organized to focus on prevailing and evolving training techniques and latest developments in the area. Ms Tapti in her session talked about DIF Analysis in which DIF stands for Difficulty, Importance and Frequency. It is a sophisticated and potentially very complex method of assessing performance, prioritizing training needs and planning training based on three perspectives: Difficulty, Importance and Frequency. She also discussed about modern innovative methods of training, factors affecting training, training effectiveness cycle, prioritizing training and hurdles in effective learning. In her session she elucidated the intricacies and issues involved in imparting training to the employees from the hospital industry.
The session was followed by meeting of ISTD, Jaipur Chapter.
