During Orientation Programme a quiz was organized based upon corporate presentation. The quiz was designed with an objective to provide a common platform for the aspiring managers to exchange ideas and update their knowledge about the emerging trends and concepts in management.

Panels of experts were constituted to conduct skill mapping of the students. The students were assessed on various parameters like mental wellbeing, general awareness, quantitative aptitude, technical and managerial competency, and personality traits, through group discussion, performance and mathematical ability test and many more.

The endeavour was focused to quantify the gap between competencies required as per industry norms and those possessed by the students.

The Orientation Programme also aligned the students with industry expectations and a global mindset to make them understand the social, economic, technological and ecological environment in order to develop the skill to address the challenges of a global competition. The idea behind this programme was to promote holistic development of the students through a mix of activities.
