NSS Activity

The National Service Scheme organized a puppet show on September 3, 2010 based on the biography of Mahatma Gandhi entitled “Mohan Se Mahatma’. They protrayed  the life of our great leader, the father of nation from his childhood to the day he passed away.

The main motive of this show was to encourage students to follow the path shown by Mahatma Gandhi. Most of the instances of his life were shown to spread the message of unity, to discourage casteism and discrimination of any sort, to promote non violence and boycott of foreign products.

In the end, the representative of NSS highlighted the relevance of the teachings of the Mahatma in the current era of cut throat competition and advised the students to follow the principles laid by Mahatma Gandhi.
