Mr. Anil Sharma, Training Head, Pratham Solutions Private Ltd.  enlightened the students about the “Essential Skills for Technology Graduates”. He focused on bridging the Knowledge and Technical Skill Gap between the novice post graduate students seeking for a job and an experienced employee in an IT sector. He emphasized on the necessity of pre-employment programme which helps the beginners to polish their IT skills along with their soft skills according to the need and requirements of the project and firm.  

According to him, soft skill is a key factor to deal with the clients around the globe and to generate a cordial relation with the client for a successful ongoing project. The speaker discussed on different selection procedures of IT companies, their on job training and various methodologies to handle different kinds of corporate moves.  

He concluded his talk by saying that a beginner must have right attitude and flexibility to adopt the different technology changes in IT sector. The corporate sector is now endowing its time and money on those employees who have the aptitude to work on different platforms and languages.
