Workshop on National Entrepreneurship Networking

On October 1, 2008 IIIM organized a daylong practicum on “Entrepreneurship Networking” with Mr. Sharad Kamra, renowned Consultant, National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN).

Mr. Kamra with his rich experience in the field of Entrepreneurship enlightened the students about the NEN network of academic institutions across India, operating as, research & development institutions and delivering world-class education, skill-building programs, networking activities and project assistance to new, high-growth entrepreneurs.

Sir also briefed the young entrepreneurs, about the significance of NEN and the various activities which will create opportunities for larger networks, and continued sharing of ideas.

Mr. Sharad also highlighted that NEN interaction will significantly enhance the effectiveness, excellence, scale and reach of each individual participant in the network and research performed by NEN partners will increase students understanding of the needs, contributions and characteristics of entrepreneurs and their ventures.

This in turn will allow for the development of ever-more effective world-class offerings tailored for emerging markets.

The speaker contented the inquisitiveness of the audience by answering the queries raised by them. The practicum was well appreciated both in terms of Intellectual and quality content, and accomplished its objectives well.
