Interaction with Shri. M.P. Sinha

On September 20, 2008 International School of Informatics and Management had an opportunity to interact with Mr. M. P. Sinha, Chairman & Managing Director, Global Human Resource Development Centre.  

In discussion with the students Mr. Sinha highlighted the current trends and issues, which are of professional and academic relevance to management students. He discussed strategies and mechanisms to bridge the gap between the curriculum and the corporate expectations.  

Emphasizing that leadership, integrity, positive attitude, discipline and confidence, are the essentials qualities looked for in budding managers, he advised the participants to identify their strengths and weaknesses in these attributes and build on their strong points for achieving success.

The conversation was highly appreciated by the audience.
