Workshop on Building Team Leaders

On January 23, 2008 IIIM organized a day long workshop on ‘Building Team Leaders’ by Mr. Peter Murffet, Assistant Governor of D9830 of the Rotary Club and Chairman of the Board of St. Michael’s Collegiate School and Secretary/Treasurer of the Tasmania Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants.

Mr. Murffet with his rich experience in the field of Leadership Management enlightened the budding managers on qualities which every leaders carries  

In his informative session he very methodically exposed the students to the fact that in today’s changing business environs, a candidate’s analytical ability, communication skills, presentation skills and oratory skills are given more weightage in selection against her/ his degree.  

Concluding the session, Sir stressed upon the Five essential qualities which every manager must have: Vision, Commitment, Dignity, Respect and Integrity and emphasized on the all round development of personality to become a successful manager.
