Preparing Budding Managers for corporate world

Pleasing personality is a necessity in today’s competitive environment. It facilitates in differentiating individuals on the basis of specific traits in order to enhance their ability to stand above the crowd. 

With the objective to groom the budding managers to improve their overall personality and gearing them for the corporate world   International School of Informatics & Management, Jaipur organized a week long inciteful session from August23, 2007.

The focus of the session was to develop the students from placement perspective and inculcating in them the right attitude and successful approach to work.

Special emphasis was given on Communication Skills, Body Language, Professional Dressing Etiquettes, Interview Techniques, Goal Setting, etc and brushing student’s strengths and overcoming their weaknesses.

The course concluded with mock interviews, Group Discussion and Role Plays preparing them for the challenges of the corporate world.
