The Teaches’ Day was celebrated with a lot of fervour and zeal. A very
unique and creative program organized by the class 11th prefix.The
Principal was welcomed by the staff members with a huge bouquet of
flowers. The program was initiated with pre-recorded greetings from the
alumni of the past five
batches and the present 12th who could not contribute to the event as
they had their internal exams going on. This was followed by a
semi-classical dance. Kaun banega Maha Guru – the mega Quiz, with four
teams – Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Delta was the next program. The Gamma
headed by Rajesh Sir, won
the quiz. A self composed poem was dedicated to the teachers by Tanushri
Jain followed by Aantakshri, to identify the Nightingale’s voice. Sahil
Chaudhary, came out with his melo-dramatic ‘Chatpate Sawaal Ke Chulbuley
Jawaab’. The IIS orchestra played on the self composed Hindi song sung
by the students. English group song was also sung by 11th class
students. The Principal Dr. Ashok Gupta, appreciated and applauded the
efforts of the
students. The program ended with a sumptuous lunch hosted by the 11th
hostlers. |
