Annual Trip to Bombay and Goa

A break after the final exams is always refreshing and that too if it is having fun and enjoyment…with ones own mates on the beaches…

It was the annual tour to Bombay and Goa. The tour organized in three batches. We traveled to  Mumbai was by 3^rd AC. It was great to see the commercial capital of India. Going by steamer to Mahabaleshwar and seeing and understanding its importance was a great feeling. We had lots of fun at Essel World. There was not a single ride that we did not try. And not to forget the fun at Water Park…it was wonderful.

After three days stay at Mumbai, our group went to the land of …sand…sea…and fun. Goa!

A visit to the spice garden and watching different spices growing was, something like an open and natural classroom. We were amazed to see the huge churches and the architectural expertise of Portuguese rulers, who ruled over Goa. The best part was Boat Cruise on River Mandovi. We had the entire group dancing on the deck of the giant boat. The tour became more memorable as India defeated their arch rival Pakistan in one of the matches of the ICC World Cup Cricket tournament.
