FRIENDS FROM FRANCE AT IIS

A group of 30 French delegates visited Jaipur from 24 April to 26 April, 2009 in the “Youth Exchange Programme”. They were received and welcomed by the IIS teachers and students at the station. The French delegates were spellbound by the beauty of the heritage city of Jaipur and its historical monuments like Amer Palace, Hawa Mahal etc. They thoroughly enjoyed their visit to “Chokhi Dhani” and relished the traditional Rajasthani food served there in ethnic ambience and style. Their visit to IIS gave them an insight to the Indian Education System. They went on a shopping spree as they were really delighted to be at “Johari Bazaar”. With fond memories of Jaipur, they boarded the “Shatabdi Express” on 26 April 2009 for Delhi to proceed with their journey.
