ATTITUDE CAN DO WONDERS |

An hour long brainstorming session was conducted in the school activity Hall on 11 May 2009. The session was initiated by Ms. Seema Sharma, our students’ counsellor, in a very beautiful and impressive manner. Without any compulsion on the group the teachers were made to realize in a novel way the importance of understanding the sentiments of the students. An activity was organized which comprised the division of the group into positive, negative and neutral zones. These three attitudes towards students can go a long way in moulding the personality of students. Yes, teachers being humans commit the mistake unconsciously, assuming that they are always right. A positive attitude towards students will bring forth their hidden talents and at the same time, release their inhibitions. Support from teachers means a lot to students. It helps in building trust and is of utmost importance in the present scenario. |
