DB2 Certification Camp was organized by IIIM and IBM from November 10, 2005 to November 12, 2005 for IBM DB2 Universal Database Certification. This certification gives candidates an unbeatable advantage in the marketplace for expertise in the enterprise database platform. DB2 is recognized worldwide.

Passing IBM DB2 UDB V8.1 Family Fundamentals Exam 700 earns the candidates an IBM Certified Database Associate certification and is the prerequisite for all intermediate and follow-on certifications of DB2.

The workshop provided an opportunity to the MCA students to appear for the certification exams for DB2, thereby validating their skills and demonstrating their proficiency in the use of the product.

The program was spread over three days and included sessions by Mr. Ankur Goyal, IT Specialist, IBM on November 10, elimination test for all participants on November 11 and Certification Examination on November 12, 2005.  Students of IIIM and faculty from other colleges of Rajasthan appeared for the test and qualified it for  certification by IBM.
