On February 13, 2006, Shri Paliwal, General Manager (Retd.), UCO Bank delivered an informative talk on 'Time Management'.

Himself an eminent figure in the banking and finance sector, Mr.Paliwal interacted freely with the students, drawing upon his vast experience to provide practical tips on effective management of one’s time. The interactive session helped the students discover the need to hone their time management skills and learn few valuable techniques and strategies for management of time. Shri Paliwal said that the first step towards efficient management of time is  to prioritize one's work.

Elaborating on successful prioritization of tasks, he said that one must develop short and long-term time management plans. He also stressed the need to develop delegation skills for effective time management.

At the end of the session, the participants felt that the inputs provided by the speaker would help them manage their time more proficiently and enable them to achieve enhanced productivity, increased focus and a better chance to succeed in the task at hand.
