Rakhi Making Competition – Bandhan 2007

Rakhi and Card Making Competition- Bandhan 2007 was organized on 25^th August, 2007. There were 80  participants in all. The girls exhibited their creativity and art in various styles of Rakhi and Cards viz. Kundan, Jardozi, Resham, Beeds, Glitters and Net. Students of IIERD dressed in attractive and colourful Lehriya’s enthusiastically made beautiful rakhi’s and cards for Army soldiers and students of Government schools. 

 The panel of judges comprised of Mrs.Suneeta Mathur and Mrs.Rachna Nahata(Asst.Professor, Fine Arts). 

In Card Making Competition, Shruti Asiwal(Pearl House) got First prize, Priyanka Soni (Emerald House) secured Second position. Bhawna Choudhari (Emerald House) and Rohini Sharma (Sapphire House) shared the Third prize. Rakhi  of Swati Puri was adjudged as First, Roshan Sihag (Pearl House) got Second Prize and Charu Kala (Pearl House)received the Third Prize.
