2nd (Final) Admission List 2009-10 (UG)
 

Notice :

Date : 29 June 2009  

The following candidates are provisionally selected for admission to the courses mentioned hereunder. 

They have to deposit the following documents along with the required fees between 30 June 2009 and 3 July 2009 (between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm), failing which this offer of admission will stand cancelled. 

The admission is being granted subject to the condition that the candidate fulfills all eligibility norms of the University of Rajasthan. The college will not be responsible if the University does not hold good the eligibility of the candidate. 

Documents to be submitted :

UG :

  • Two unattested photographs ( names and Registration number to be written on the back of the photographs)

  • Original Marksheet of class XII along with two attested copies

  • Migration Certificate in original along with two attested copies. (not required in case of Rajasthan Board candidates).

  • Original Transfer Certificate from the institution last attended

  • Original Character certificate from the institution last attended

  • Marksheet of the secondary examination ( one attested copy)

   IMPORTANT  
   A)   THE CANDIDATE & THE PARENT HAS TO BE PERSONALLY PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DEPOSIT OF FEES.
   B)    NO EXTENSION IN THE DATE OF DEPOSITION OF FEE WILL BE ALLOWED.
   C)    FEES ONCE PAID SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED.
    D)    OUTSTATION CHEQUES NOT ACCEPTED.
    E)    THE FIRST INSTALMENT OF FEES HAS TO BE PAID IN CASH.
