An Insight into Ayurveda and Yoga

The 3rd day of the conference started with witnessing of the IIS assembly by participating teams of ISA YLE followed by a Yoga session. It was a new experience for the foreign students who took delight in learning this ancient Indian practice for good health. Thereafter, teams proceeded for seminar sessions. They set a discussion in motion on innovative solutions to the problems encountered in health and food sector and delved deep into the ocean of ethical dilemmas. This brainstorming helped them come up with innovative yet simple solutions. Some students experienced a Radio Talk Show at the FM 7 at IIIM while the others engrossed themselves in Poster Making and Role Plays. Students also had an enriching experience of the India Ayuveda from the Guest Speaker of the Day - Dr. P.N.Sharma and through a visit to NIA, the National Institute of Ayurveda. An outing in the evening at Jawahar Circle and Birla Temple brought the fruitful day to a close.
